If prior to your purchase or during the exchange and return period, you discover a lower advertised price than ours, bring in verifiable proof for the same brand and model in stock at a local competitor, and we will match that price. If you are unsure about getting the lowest price at our store, we’ll check local competitor’s pricing and availability online on the spot. If a lower price is found, and it is in stock, we will match it.

Exclusions:
Our price guarantee does not apply to competitors' free offers, limited quantity items, open-box, clearance or closeout products, Ultimate Buys, Ultimate Values, mail-in incentives, financing or bundle offers, internet sales, online only special pricing, floor models, and parts or accessories purchased through Partsearch. The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a competitor's price that results from a price match.

What is considered a local retail competitor?
A brick and mortar retail store located in the same market area as your Ultimate Electronics store.

What is considered "verifiable proof" of price?
The best way to show proof of price is to bring in the competitor's current ad, which shows the price of the item you wish to match and the dates for which the price is valid. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item. If the current ad is not available, we reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item. We will also check local competitor’s pricing and availability online on the spot for you.

How do you handle a price match if the Ultimate Electronics price includes a coupon, rebate, gift card or other promotional offer?
A refund or price match will be based on the purchase price at Ultimate Electronics after all discounts and promotions are applied.

We offer you the choice between the Ultimate Electronics purchase price or the competitor's price. (See details below)

If you choose a competitor's price, applicable Ultimate Electronics coupons, rebates, gift cards or other promotional offers will no longer apply and will not be fulfilled. Free items received during the original purchase must either be returned or their value paid for. This applies to "packages" or "bundle rebates" as well. If you choose the competitor's offer, the entire original package or bundle rebate is invalid.

If you prefer a current Ultimate Electronics offer instead of your original Ultimate Electronics offer, you must accept either the entire current offer or your entire original offer. You may not, for example, receive both a current advertised sale price and any coupons, rebates, gift cards or other promotional offers that were in effect at the time of your original purchase but are no longer available. You may choose the offer that is best for you.

How do you handle a price match if the competitor's price includes a rebate, gift card or other promotional offer?
The competitor's purchase price is calculated by deducting instant discounts taken at the register such as instant rebates. Mail-in rebates and other deferred savings are not deducted from the competitor's purchase price.

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?
Sometimes a retailer will advertise a very low price for a product but have only limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has limited quantities of that item, then the product is not eligible for “On the Spot “ price matching or our Price Guarantee.

Does the price match apply to Internet retailers?
Ultimate Electronics does not match the prices of Internet-only retailers or the online only special offers, where a product or a price is only offered to online buyers.

Are services eligible for price matching?
Due to the differences in services being performed, Ultimate Electronics does not match competitor's service prices. This includes, but is not limited to delivery, installation, repair, and performance guarantees.

Can I have my price match request processed over the phone or online?
We currently are not able to process your refund or purchase over the phone or online. However, if you have questions regarding the policy, call our Ultimate Resolution Center at 1-877-439-7667.

Does the Price Guarantee apply to price changes after your original purchase at your local Ultimate Electronics store?
If you find a lower price in stock at a local ultimate Electronics store either at the time of your purchase or during the exchange and return period of your purchase, we will refund you 100% of the difference.

This is your proof of purchase. Please retain your receipt for all warranty items and returned goods.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN PERIOD
Exchange or return your item anytime from the original purchase date within the timeframe below:
14 days for computers, monitors, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, car multimedia and radar detectors.
30 days for all other products.
Defective Apple products must be exchanged directly through the manufacturer.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Some items are not able to be returned, including:
• Labor, delivery, and/or installation services are not refundable once the work has been performed.
• Cut-to-order wiring products may not be returned.
• Pre-paid cards such as music, photo, video, or phone cards.
• Digital content (e.g. music downloads).
• Consumable items such as food, drink and batteries.
• Items that are damaged or abused.
• Items that are missing accessories, such as remote controls, cords, and cables.
• Etched or otherwise personalized items.
• Opened computer software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged if defective for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
• Any product which is missing a manufacturer¹s UPC code from the box may be exchanged for the same product only. The box with the manufacturer¹s UPC code will be retained by Ultimate Electronics.
• Special orders must be prepaid and may not be returned or exchanged. If special order merchandise is defective, it may be repaired according to the manufacturer¹s warranty guidelines.

RESTOCKING FEES
A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories, unless the item is defective, or the fee is prohibited by law. The restocking fee charges are:
15% for any opened appliances, billiards and game room furnishings, laptop and netbook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, car multimedia, radar detectors and GPS navigation. Includes open-box items and display models.
25% for any fullfilled special order products whether opened or not.
15% for any special order cancelled after 24 hours of order placement.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS AND BUNDLES
UltimateElectronics occasionally offers promotional products and/or savings with the purchase of qualifying products or when specific items are purchased together. When any qualifying item is returned, any promotional product must also be returned. If that item is not returned with the qualifying product, that value amount will be deducted from your refund. The enhanced savings from bundled items not returned together will also be deducted from your refund.

PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer data) from any exchanged or returned products. Ultimate Electronics is not responsible for any personal data left on or in an exchanged or returned product.

REFUNDS
Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. For cash or check purchases a check will be mailed or an ECA (electronic check acceptance) credit will be deposited into your account within 14 days for any refunds in excess of $50.00. Ultimate Electronics reserves the right to delay your refund to allow time for your original check to clear. For finance or credit card purchases a credit will be issued toward the original account.

RETURNED CHECKS
Returned checks are subject to an additional fee up to the maximum amount allowed by state law, plus any and all legal remedies.

ACCEPTANCE OF FINANCE TERMS
If your purchase is financed, the terms of the agreement may not be altered after 30 days from the date product is received.
